• The event may be photographed or recorded for community or promotional use.
•  Bringing in recreational drugs, illegal substances, or hazardous items is not permitted.
• The organisers may make reasonable changes to the event if required.
• To the extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for injury, loss, or damagearising from attendance.
